ASCA and Raynergy Tek are strengthening their partnership

In conjunction with the opening of their new production line, Raynergy Tek (Hsinchu, Taiwan), a world leader in organic semiconductor chemistry, and ASCA (Nantes, France) are strengthening their long-lasting partnership through signing an extended cooperation agreement. On this occasion, an ASCA OPV structure has been in-stalled at the new production premises of Raynergy Tek in Taiwan. In order to manifest the progress made together in the last years, the companies have signed a memorandum of understanding with the objective to upscale Raynergy Tek’s newest semiconductor materials. To meet the growing demand for OPV, Raynergy will commission the new production line in November this year.

Samsung Display and Universal Display Corporation enter into long-term OLED agreements

Universal Display Corporation (Ewing, New Jersey), enabling energy-efficient displays and lighting with its UniversalPHOLED technology and materials, has signed a long-term OLED material supply and license agreements with Samsung Display, a global display manufacturing leader. These agreements affirm that Universal Display Corporation will continue to supply its proprietary UniversalPHOLED phosphorescent OLED materials and technology to Samsung Display for use in its OLED displays. The agreements are scheduled to run through 31 December 2027, and may be extended for an additional two-year period. Financial terms of the agreements have not been disclosed.

The companies are bringing together leading expertise in flexible transparent film heaters, thermoplastic polymers and film insert moulding processing to showcase a state-of-the-art LiDAR cover lens with heating functionality that is highly performant, versatile, and ready for scale-up.
