AIXTRON SE (Herzogenrath, Germany) has announced that APEVA, its subsidiary for OLED deposition technologies, received the final acceptance for its Gen 2 OVPD (Organic Vapour Phase Deposition) deposition system from its customer, one of the world’s largest display manufacturers.
