DuPont Electronics & Communications and Holst Centre extend collaboration

DuPont Electronics & Communications, a leading innovator and high-volume supplier of electronic inks and pastes, and the Dutch R&D institute Holst Centre announced the third extension of their successful long-term collaboration, which is focused on advanced materials for the printed electronics industry.  As a full partner in the Printed Electronics programme, DuPont will contribute new materials and research samples targeted toward Holst’s active projects in the areas of wearable electronics, in-mould electronics, consumer electronics and healthcare.

Ceradrop’s CeraPrinter F-Serie now equips EPFL’s Microsystems for Space Technologies Lab

Ceradrop, a MGI Group company based in Limoges, France, designs and markets materials deposition digital printers exclusively for the printed electronics industry and smart 3D printing. Now, a CeraPrinter F-Serie, which is a modular-based scalable platform, has been installed at the EPFL Microsystems for Space Technologies Lab (LMTS) at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, a leading European technical university in Switzerland.

PV Nano Cell signs LOI for the acquisition of DigiFlex

PV Nano Cell Ltd., an innovative producer of single-crystal, metal nanometric-based conductive digital inks with headquarters in Israel, announced that the company signed an LOI to acquire all of the outstanding shares of DigiFlex Ltd., which develops, manufactures and distributes the DigiFlex Flexojet inkjet-based printing system, in an all-stock transaction valued at approx. US$10M.
