GRT wins “Top 100” award

 

The German producer of rotogravure cylinders GRT GmbH & Co. KG was named one of Germany’s “Top 100” small and medium sized companies. The project is coordinated by the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and searches for the most innovative small and medium sized companies in Germany.
According to the jury GRT’s new laser technology leads to an increase in the quality of the print forms. This technology can be used to produce security threads in banknotes or as trademark protection in packaging. Additionally it can be used in printed electronics for the scaling of electronic elements within a rotogravure process that is ready for mass production.
