Frost & Sullivan names TactoTek winner of 2017 Global Technology Innovation Award

 

The global consulting firm Frost & Sullivan announced that TactoTek from Oulu, Finland, has received its 2017 Best Practices Award for 3D injection moulded structural electronics technology innovation.

“To achieve excellence in technology innovation is never an easy task, and is made even more difficult considering today’s competitive intensity,” noted David Frigstad, chairman of Frost & Sullivan. “We identify companies, such as TactoTek, that excel in innovation, enabling them to serve their customers more effectively and grow faster than the industry average.”

TactoTek designs and produces injection moulded structural electronics, parts that integrate printed electronics and discrete electronic components into 3D injection moulded structures to create smart moulded structures. A single IMSE part often replaces multi-part assemblies that include separate cosmetic surfaces and electronic components.
